Clinical/Policy/Program Researcher

Mid-career professionals currently working in addictions research, policy or practice settings who are involved in research or who require more advanced knowledge and skills in the area of addictions research in girls and women may apply to Impart. Preference for  Impart training awards will be given to applicants who:
  • are passionate about  advancing knowledge, practice and policy in the area of womens addictions.
  • demonstrate previous research experience in gender, women and addictions
  • have recent employment experience in  research, programs, services or policy in this field
  • have publications (applies to graduate student trainees and post doctoral fellows)
  • demonstrate content expertise in the area of women and addictions
  • are commit ted to pursuing research in relation to gender, women and addictions
  • have employer support to participate in Impart, including a letter of support for a research role
  • meet the CIHR  Grants and Awards requirements .
