- have a PhD in: neuroscience , health, behavioural or a social science discipline at an accredited university
- are passionate about the advancement of knowledge, practice and policy in the field of gender, women and addiction
- demonstrate research experience in gender, women and addictions
- have recent employment experience in research, programs, services or policy in this field
- have produced scholarly publications (applies to graduate student trainees and post doctoral fellows)
- demonstrates content expertise in the area of addictions in girls and/or women
- are commit ted to advancing addictions research in girls/women
- meet the CIHR Grants and Awards requirements .
