Trainees and mentors can access the IMPART online course via Vista. Non-UBC affiliated individual can obtain a "guest CWL" by:

The online core course covers the core concepts of Women, Gender & Addictions. The modules for this course include:
- What is Addiction
- History & Perspective on Women, Gender & Adictions
- Sex & Gender Analysis in Addictions Research
- Epidemiology
- Mechanisms of Addiction
- Consequences of Addiction for Individuals, Families and Society
- Treatments & Strategies
- Ethics in Addictions Research
- Knowledge Translation
- Sociology of Substance Use
The modules are designed to be short (~30 minutes per module to complete) and self-paced, and online discussion groups within the online course site allow for trainees and mentors to engage in a transdisciplinary discussion of the issues raised within the modules.
